The company was found in 1989 by a group of professionals namely Mr S.KANNAN, Mr Anil.K.Sampat and Mr Vinod.M.Bhatia .Currently,the Organisation is managed by Mr S.Kannan and Mrs Geetha Kannan,its Directors.The management attributes the success and goodwill earned to the two former co-founders' vision, expertise and guidance.
